Hailey Raye Overstreet is currently serving as your 2025-2026 First Vice President for Tennessee FCCLA. She is a third-year member of FCCLA and a student at Smith County High School.

Hailey Raye first joined FCCLA in her freshman year and has since served as her chapter’s Vice President of Community Service and First Vice President, led community service projects and events, and advocated for FCCLA in her community. She is passionate about growing Tennessee FCCLA and keeping its members engaged and involved. She looks forward to seeing how Tennessee FCCLA makes a difference this year!
