Hailey Raye Overstreet is currently serving as your 2026-2027 President for Tennessee FCCLA. She is a 4th year member of FCCLA and a student at Smith County High School.

Hailey Raye first joined FCCLA during her freshman year of high school and has since served as a Chapter Officer for three years, a State Officer for two years, led community service projects at the local and state levels, and advocated for FCCLA with Tennessee legislators. She is passionate about member engagement, advocacy, and FCCLA impact. She looks forward to equipping FCCLA members with the knowledge and resources to be successful in this organization.
