Juliet Barker is currently serving as your 2026-2027 Vice President of Community Service and Public Relations for Tennessee FCCLA. She is a 4 year member of FCCLA and a student at South Gibson County High School.

Juliet first joined FCCLA in her freshman year and has since served as her Chapter’s President, competed three times at the Tennessee State Leadership Conference, competed once at the FCCLA National Leadership Conference, and led community-wide service initiatives. She is passionate about expanding access to resources for members and chapter officers. She looks forward to empowering members to believe in themselves and create positive change in their communities.

Juliet is honored to serve Tennessee FCCLA and is excited for a year of individual growth, personal connections with members, and ultimate leadership.
